Sarah Isabel Moe is a community resilience strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping public agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and regional collaboratives design and implement solutions that strengthen communities, advance climate resilience, and foster equitable economic development.
She specializes in strategic planning, climate action, community engagement, facilitation, and cross-sector collaboration—bringing together government agencies, Tribal partners, businesses, nonprofits, and residents to solve complex environmental and social challenges. Known for her systems-thinking approach and collaborative leadership, Sarah Isabel designs inclusive processes that build trust, align diverse interests, and create lasting community impact.
Her work spans climate resilience, circular economy initiatives, wildfire preparedness, regional economic development, and organizational strategy. As a bilingual facilitator and trusted advisor, she helps organizations move from vision to implementation through meaningful partnerships and community-centered solutions.
Beyond her consulting work, Sarah Isabel is an author and creator of women’s programs that explore the relationship between connecting to nature and our own innate wisdom and leadership.
